Big Wild Breakfast
Oliver and Aneesha held a Big Wild Breakfast event on the 1st June, to celebrate the start of The Wildlife Trust’s 30 Days Wild challenge.
Around 40 people came along to enjoy breakfast outdoors, as well as taking part in a mini BioBlitz and a wildflower hunt.
The B37 Project – Art Event
Kevin and Helen at The B37 Project have been helping run a brilliant wildlife art and education session at Meriden Park, working alongside B37 artist Rachel Symonds. Local children came to explore the morphology and life-cycles of insects, and the important roles they play in supporting other wildlife and in food production. Learning through art is such a creative, imaginative and accessible way to get involved in nature.
Lea Marston Community Garden
