The Tame Valley Wetlands team are employed by Warwickshire Wildlife Trust, funded by our project work.

We are based at Hams Hall Environmental Studies Centre.

Su Hartland Smith

Tame Valley Wetlands Manager

Su manages the Tame Valley Wetlands team and projects, working to improve the environment around the Tame Valley Wetlands NIA for people and wildlife.

Helen King

River and Catchment Restoration Officer

Helen delivers projects around the river Tame catchment, helping to improve the landscape for wildlife and people through biodiversity and habitat improvements, river restoration and flood management. Helen also works on our willow tit project ‘On a Tree by a River’ to restore populations of willow tit in the West Midlands.

Eddie leads our volunteer group TameForce. TameForce carries out a variety of environmental and heritage tasks across the Tame Valley Wetlands NIA.
